Once the client has appointed BIRDS COMMERCIAL to undertake the Office Fitout project, our initial client consultant will continue to remain the ongoing liasion for the client – she/he will in turn liase with and organise the required teams and activities according to the Project Timeline, ensuring a seamless process at every stage towards project completion.

At the outset of the project, the client will be provided with:

Scaled CAD drawings
Specifications
Colour schemes
3D visualisation images

BIRDS consultant will arrange for the following essential documentation relating to the Fitout project

Owner approvals
Local Council application
Building Code of Australia compliance
Licence regulation
Installation certification

BIRDS-appointed project manager, upon commencement of the construction process, will ensure the implementation of the following:

Induction of the BIRDS OH and S Policy
BIRDS Insurance coverage
Trade co-ordination and Onsite Supervision
Quality control

BIRDS-appointed project manager, upon completion of the total project will co-ordinate the following:

Cleaning and removal of debris
Final detailing and approval
Occupation certification
As Built documentation
Client hand over
