The Birds Maintenance Team comprises a group of highly skilled, experienced and dedicated trades individuals with a proven track record in the provision of both a reliable and high level of quality service spanning across 20 years incorporating the following trades:

The Birds Maintenance Team can consult and liase with you in both the planning and management of your maintenance programme for an efficient and cost effective outcome.

A review of the maintenance programme can be conducted at any time to allow for any changes in scope of requirements that may be brought about by internal organisational change.

The Birds Maintenance Team is flexible and will always endeavour to “work in” with you, the client, to the best of their ability, in order to meet the needs of their organisation.

Site supervision

As part of our Maintenance Planning and Management service, all works undertaken by The Birds Maintenance Team are allocated a Site Supervisor.

This is to ensure that all works carried out are according to the scheduled maintenance programme and scope of works outlined therein. Site Supervision also guarantees the delivery of only the highest quality of workmanship and service level.
