The Inclinator Lift is made from a powder coated steel structure. Lifting operations are made by a plastic, self-lubricated link chain equipped with steel hooks, specifically shaped to optimize the connection with the trolleys. The link chain runs on plastic guide profiles, moved by a self-braking motor equipped with an inverter, located on the upper part of the lift, near the exit area of the trolleys.

The motor comprises of an inverter within its standard features, in order to control the speed. It allows you to process vertical weights of 200 daN on the trolleys within the 30° inclination area.

The inclinator lift is supplied complete with a button panel featuring working and driving buttons. The guide profiles of the trolleys are made from either square or round profiles, according to the type of trolley used within the installation. This has to be specified at the moment of quoting /ordering.

As an option, customers can order a package of advanced electronic features, comprising:

·         Sensors to provide an automatic switch on/off. If for a given period of time no trolley passes the sensors, the motor will automatically switch off, and automatically switch on again, at the passage of the first trolley.

·         An additional button panel for the second level, additional to the standard button panel provided for the operations on the ground floor

This item will be provided pre-assembled and tested ex works. The assembly of the machine on site can be easily achieved.
