Ferric Sulphate

About this product	Ferric Sulphate (Fe2(SO4)3) is a naturally occurring salt of iron.Ferric is used in a range of water-treatment applications either alone or in conjunction with other chemicals.
How does it Work?	When ferric is added to dirty water the charged molecule causes ionic attraction between suspended solid particulate. This leads to an increase in particulate size or "Coagulation".Coagulation is an important process in water treatment as many contaminants are too fine to settle under their own weight alone. Coagulation also has the effect of increasing the reaction surface of contaminants leading to better flocculation when polymers are used in conjunction.
Advantages of Use	Ferric Sulphate used in water treatment will increase coagulation, and give a strong pH shift. Because of the strong coagulation & pH shift abilities, very low amounts are needed to achieve the desired effect as well as making it ideal for neutralizing alkaline waters. Ferric Sulphate is considered a non-DG under Australian Chemical Regulations.

Polyaluminium Chloride

About this product	Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) is a polymer form of aluminium chloride that provides far stronger coagulating power than other aluminium or iron salts. PolyAluminium Chloride or PAC is used in a range of water-treatment applications either alone or in conjunction with other chemicals.
How does it Work?	When PAC is added to dirty water the charged molecule causes ionic attraction between suspended solid particulate. Cooling Water Product Range

ISA 512	Single Addition Organic Scale and Corrosion inhibitor designed to control both scale and corrosion in larger industrial plants, that may have stressed conditions, with or without pH control.	ISA 512 is a concentrated, blended product for use in open recirculating cooling water systems. Enhanced corrosion protection is provided by using phosphonates that exhibit superior cathodic corrosion inhibition. This product does not contain any heavy metals and cooling water treated with ISA 512 may be discharged to most municipal waste treatment plants without any restrictions.
ISA 515	Organic Nitrite halogen resistant Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor for use where the best possible corrosion inhibition is required.	ISA 515 combines dispersants, sequesterants and corrosion inhibitors into a single product. ISA 515 may be used in conjunction with or without acid feed. This program requires an effective biocide program.
ISA 516	Single Addition Organic Scale and Corrosion inhibitor for use in large open recirculating cooling water systems.	ISA 516 is a blended product that will control scaling either with or without acid feed. Enhanced corrosion protection is provided by using phosphonates, polymers and natural organics. This product does not contain any heavy metals and cooling water treated with ISA 516 may be discharged to most municipal waste treatment plants without any restrictions.
ISA 540	Single Addition Phosphate Organic Scale and Corrosion inhibitor. ISA 540 is a blended phosphate product that contains effective phosphate dispersants, sequesterants and a yellow metal inhibitor.	If upsets are likely, or variations in water quality occur, it may be necessary to combine ISA 540 with ISA 570. ISA 570 is a dispersant package that will extend the range of water qualities over which ISA 540 can be used. The dispersants used in ISA 540 are both thermally stable and resistant to the effects of oxidising biocides.
ISA 550	Single Addition Zinc Organic Scale and Corrosion inhibitor for use in industrial plants where operating conditions dictate that enhanced corrosion protection is required.	ISA 550 is a blended zinc-phosphate product. Under normal circumstances no other product is needed to be used in conjunction with ISA 550. However, if upsets are likely, or variations in water quality occur, it may be necessary to combine ISA 550 with ISA 570. ISA 570 is a dispersant package that will extend the range of water qualities over which ISA 550 can be used. The dispersants used in ISA 550 are both thermally stable and resistant to the effects of oxidising biocides.

ISA 560	Oil Dispersant / Precleaner	ISA 560 antifouling and oil dispersant is recommended for use in cooling water systems for control of fouling due to oil and other organic sludges.
ISA 562	Bio Dispersant for food plants (Biocidal) and is only recommended for open recirculating cooling water systems.	ISA 562 cooling water treatment is an effective, low foaming organo-dispersant designed to remove and disperse deposits cause by biological activity or process contamination. ISA 562 is very effective in softening and dispersing the EPS (Extracellular Polymeric Substances) that keep the foulant together. It has also been found to be very effective at removing deposits containing process contaminants such as hydrocarbon.
ISA 570	Polymer Blend to complement ISA 540 or ISA 550.	ISA 570 is a blended dispersant/anti-scalant that designed to extend the application range for zinc and phosphate products. This combination of polymers will inhibit precipitation of calcium phosphate, zinc phosphate, zinc hydroxide and disperse suspended solids and iron hydroxide/oxides.
ISA 571	Zinc Overlay for increased corrosion protection in cooling water circuits.	ISA 571 is used as an overlay to enhance corrosion protection in Industrial cooling water systems. Typically ISA 571 would be used with ISA 550, I SA 512, ISA 516 or ISA 540.
ISA 572	Copper inhibitor / complexing agent.	ISA 572 is a yellow metal corrosion inhibitor that will reduce open or closed circuits corrosion rates to virtually nil on copper and its alloys. ISA 572 may be used to enhance corrosion control on mixed inhibitor programs.
ISA 573	Sulphuric Acid based pH control product.	PH control for optimum performance of corrosion inhibitors and aids in preventing scale formation in cooling water systems.
ISA 590	General purpose antifoam.	ISA 590 defoamer is suitable for use in both process and open recirculating cooling water applications. The combination of a silicone and a mineral oil provides the benefits of both fast foam knockdown and extended inhibition of additional foam formation.
