Omni Group’s Airfil Inflatable Air Pillow System is a cost effective, efficient and sustainable packaging option for any business requiring a void fill solution. 

To suit different packing requirements, there are two types of film inflating machines available: the Hi-Speed Inflator and the Hybrid Inflator. 

The Airfil Hi-Speed Air Pillow Inflator Machine is the perfect choice for high-speed, high-volume void fill packaging used by e-commerce businesses, 3PL warehouses and distribution centres. It has high-speed inflation of up to 30 metres of air pillow film per minute.

The Hi-Speed model machine will only inflate air pillows, whereas the Hybrid machine can be used for inflating air pillows, bubble wrap film and air tubes. This makes the Hybrid model a more versatile unit, but it operates at a lower speed, inflating 8 metres per minute. Therefore, the Airfil Hybrid Inflator Machine is ideal for smaller packing lines and e-commerce operations compared to the alternative model. This multi-purpose void fill machine has a compact design, making it perfect for small workstations with limited space. 

These user-friendly units have a fast warmup time and are ready to operate after 10 seconds. They are easy to set up and operate with automatic and semi-automatic settings. Dynamic patent sealing technology ensures that there are no air or seal leakages, meaning excellent protection for goods during transit.  Plus, you can enjoy the uniform cushioning with linear pressure, temperature auto-adjustment and tension control.
