Automatic Milling and Bending Machine
Both machines Alu Doubler F and Alu Doubler P can process aluminum honeycomb panels and perform single or double bend.

Alu Doubler P (bending) bends the main skin of aluminum honeycomb panels previously processed on Alu Doubler F or on a CNC router.
Where the bending is performed the maximum thickness must be 0,5 mm.
It can execute single bending (90°) or double bending (180°). The 180° bending needs the corners to be prepared before the operation by a CNC panel router or by the optional pneumatic plate.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
-BENDING: ALUMINUM HONEYCOMB PANELS:
for 90° bend min 6 mm - max 25 mm (min skin thickness 0,5 mm - max 1,0 mm) length min. 120 mm, width min. 110 mm
for 180° bend min 6 mm - max 15 mm (min skin thickness 0,5 mm - max 1,0 mm) length min. 120 mm, width min. 110 mm
- Panel chain driver (track) with rubberized pads, speed variable from 2 to 6 m/min
- Upper bar with two rows of rubberized wheels adjustable in height for panels min 3 to max 25mm, with numerical indicator
- Infeed guide adjustable from 0 to 30 mm with numerical indicator for the alignment of panels with the bending line of the rollers
- BENDING UNIT Nr. 8 rollers adjustable from 0° to 92° for progressive bending
- BENDING UNIT Nr. 7 rollers adjustable from 90° to 180° for progressive bending
This unit includes 2 extra rollers at 92° as bend keeper during the second bend at 180°
- Extensible front support with small rollers for large panels
- Openable rear closure with security switch
