The Problem

Traditional lecterns are often standard furniture items with minimal support for audio visual requirements or they are customised units specific to a particular requirement or project.

The Solution

T&DI have designed a media lectern with the flexibility to suit most audio visual requirements with minimal configuration rather than individual customisation. The lectern is intended to have a clean, minimal appearance which works well with most modern work places and auditoriums.

The media lectern provides:

• A standard opening for a presentation plate to suit a touch panel or preview monitor, microphones, peripheral connections and any other requirements
• A standard storage area for small audio visual equipment racks with ventilation and cabling allowances
• A standard signage element which can be removed and branded uniquely for each client

At this stage the media lectern is available in Australia exclusively under license through Van and Sons Detailed Joinery and can be finished in multiple custom or unique finishes.

We are also making the design available for licence to individual clients which wish to use it in international locations. This enables the lectern to be made as close as possible to the end site which reduces international shipping costs.
