Inside the machine you will find 8 small electric motors along with heating elements working to power the 16.5cm fans inside and deliver that even heat distribution. 

With 42 commercial quality stainless steel trays inside your dehydrator the full drying area is 12.63m² which allows for massive batches of foods to be dehydrated. 

The COMM2 is controlled with a 99 hour digital timer an easy to use programmable control which includes temperature cycling technology, it has dual zones allowing for variable drying requirements, door dampeners helping control humidity levels and is very easy to clean within a commercial environment. 

The COMM2 has a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty (non transferrable) providing the machine was installed by a qualified electrician. 

The COMM2 is made to order and shipping of this machine is at the expense of the purchaser. We will of course support you and can arrange this on your behalf.
