Nippi Fresh is also designed to shrink less during deep fat frying so that breakage and pullback after frying is minimal. Nippi Fresh is designed to swell fast so that casing becomes flexible after the meat is stuffed.

It gives nice closed ends during the linking process without breakage or tears.

Nippi Fresh has a membrane that has been improved to give clarity (transparency) and surface luster which gives the final product excellent consumer eye appeal.
