3 Car Stacker – 4500kg

The AL-HP2525 3 car stacker is designed to conveniently allow you to stack 3 vehicles when limited space is available. With a total lifting capacity of 4500kg (2500kg first platform/2000kgs second platform) and a generous headroom between platforms of 2100mm the stacker can store a wide range of vehicles.

AL-HP2525 3 Car Stacker Operation

The HP2525 uses a much simpler and more reliable system than some competitors on the market, the lower platform is the master platform and is used to push/lift the upper platform up onto its locks.

Once the upper platform reaches the top of the column the four locks engage securing the platform in place. The lower platform is lowered down to the ground for the second car to be loaded. The lower platform can then be raised to the desired height.

A full locking ladder is incorporated into each column for the lower platform locks to engage in when rested. A safety limit switch will cut the operation of the platform at 2100mm from the ground. To take the vehicle higher simply turn the key switch back to center and back to raise – be careful when exceeding the safety limit switch height so accidental crashing of the vehicle to the upper platform does not occur.
