STEPCRAFT´s sole obligation and purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy shall be that STEPCRAFT will, at its option, either (i) service, or (ii) replace, any product determined by STEPCRAFT to be defective. STEPCRAFT reserves the right to inspect any and all product(s) involved in a warranty claim.

We will accept the return of merchandise that we acknowledge to be defective, and we will offer a repair. If a repair is not reasonable, we offer a non-defective replacement (complete or in parts). At STEPCRAFT's request, defective parts may be required to be returned to STEPCRAFT and will require an RMA, which can be obtained by calling STEPCRAFT support 0411 605 726. In the case of cosmetic damage, Instead of a repair or replacement, we can offer compensation for the reduction in value of a defective product.
