The FCO65 series Pitot tubes have a classical design with “hemispherical nose” and bent shaft.

A K factor of 1.00 gives calibrated differential pressure readings for air and gas flows. Tubes are available with a range of fittings for installation into ducts or pipes or can be hand-held for measurement of free air velocity.

The FCO66 series of Pitot tubes have a straight shaft with single points up and downstream in the flow to create an enhanced differential pressure with K factor 1.800. This design has the additional benefit of being bi-directional, allowing reverse flows to be measured.

Both of these models have optional thermocouples which can be included for temperature correction. High temperature versions are available for up to 500°C.

These Pitot tubes can be supplied in a range of diameters and lengths to suit most applications, including most diameter pipes/duct.
