Motordrives Australia was formed in October 2008 by Darren Molloy to provide a large range of the world’s leading brands of power transmission products to the OEM market. We aim to provide our customers with first class service and quality products.

In October 2008 Motordrives received its first shipment of electric motors from Harrington electric motors which includes brands such as Lafert, Tema and Scorpion. With local support from one of Australia’s fastest growing motor company’s. Motordrives is confident our customer’s needs can be reached.

In January 2009 Motordrives became the the sole Australian and New Zealand importer and distributor of the Transtecno range of products. Our new range consists of worm,helical,bevel helical gearboxes as well as DC motors. We have a large stock holding of all the Transtecno range and we invite interested parties to contact us if you wish to become a sub agent or purchase any of our products.
