Laser Wizard was established in 1999 in St. Marys, in Sydney's west. We specialise in Laser and Waterjet cutting.
We have grown from small beginnings in 1999 to become one of the biggest laser and waterjet contract cutting businesses in Sydney. We have a staff of around 45 and operate two shifts with the option of running lights out production should we require to fulfil extra production runs.
In December 2008 we acquired our ISO 9001/2000 quality assurance certification which has assisted Laser Wizard in constantly achieving a high level of quality control, ensuring top quality service.

Laser Wizard Pty Ltd specialises in the laser and waterjet cutting of a wide range of materials. Our range of quality laser, waterjet and folding equipment, enables Laser Wizard to supply an extremely diverse range of cut and folded products. The materials we are able to cut are extensive, from mild and stainless steel to carbon fibre, rubber, stone, titanium, aluminium, wood ceramics, laminates and much more.

We are able to cut up to 20mm thick stainless steel on our laser machines and up to 200mm thick materials on our waterjet machine.

The maximum sheet size on our laser machines is 2000mm x 4000mm and on the waterjet it is a maximum of 2000 x 4000mm We have recently invested in a new Safan bending machine. This machine is a fully programmable CNC machine, the advantage to our customers is its accuracy and repeatability. We can fold 3mm mild steel up to a length of 4000mm but can also bend thicker materials in shorter lengths. Please contact us for exact bending specifications

We also have rotary laser cutting capabilities and are able to cut up to 300mm outside diameter pipes.
