The Husqvarna PG540 is the biggest single-phase grinder in the PG Range. It is a compact and versatile planetary grinder with 3 grinding heads. Its smart, compact design makes it easy to transport yet is still provides exceptional performance and grinding power.

Thanks to the split-chassis design, the PG540 folds down to fit in most standard cars. It’s easy to handle, tilt and operate with adjustable weights to adjust the grinding pressure. The PG540 is suitable for grinding medium to large areas of concrete including, surface preparation, grinding lippage and trip hazards, removing coatings and concrete polishing including Husqvarna HiPERFLOOR(R).

To maximise reliability and reduce maintenance, the vital components of the PG540 are protected against dust and slurry inside the hermetically sealed grinding head and electrical cabinet.
