All of our glass products have undergone stringent quality assurance testing during their manufacturing and pass all Australian and International testing standards.

Custom Glass & Fittings engaged ARUPS to do a full audit of our three factories in October 2000 The audit was done in compliance with AS2208 and all three facilities passed the inspection. All glass is manufactured to AS2208 and AS1288 Australian Standards.

Custom Glass & Fittings warrant the product against peeling, or deterioration & the coating for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.

We warrant the laminated glass product against delamination or the deteriorations of PVB interlayer for a period of 10 years from date of delivery.

We warrant the product under the conditions that the glass will be free from material obstruction of vision as a result of fogging or dust formation on the internal gloss surface, caused by failure of the hermetically seal due to defects in material a workmanship for a period of 10 years from date of delivery.
