The C-Series Case Erectors are designed to ensure the structural integrity of boxes, delivering superior performance. These machines take complete control of the blank from entering the magazine until it exits as a properly formed and bottom-sealed case.

A unique pickup frame retrieves the case from the magazine and opens it immediately to ensure it is square. The flaps are then folded, making the case rigid and securing its square shape before it moves forward.

A pusher bar parallel to the rear wall delivers the case to spring-loaded side belts that move in or out to compensate for variations in width and carry it over the sealing device. The case magazine is easy to load and can be quickly adjusted.

The C series offers different models depending on your case's dimensions and production rates.

The C-1000 and C-2000 case erectors are more flexible and can seal your cases using hot melt glue or tape. Hotmelt glue is a cleaner and more cost-effective way of sealing a carton. Adjustments in case size are quick and easy, ensuring less downtime.

C-1000 case erector
