Avweld Australasia is a design, manufacture, reclamation and maintenance engineering company specialising in thermal spraying, hardfacing and fabrication. Avweld as been in operation for over 30 years and during that time our focus has been on providing superior surfacing solutions for our clients' maintenance and breakdown requirements.

Our focus is on high wearing equipment that can benefit from either re-design or surface engineering. Not only can we repair or reclaim your equipment, we will significantly improve the life of units suffering from erosion, corrosion, abrasion and impact, or combinations of any of these.

Avweld offer a wide variety of in-house, state of the art surface engineering technologies, including: AC-HVAF, PTA, HVOF, arc spray, MIG, TIG, arc weld, flame spray and spray fuse. These processes combined with our two robotic welding cells allow us to apply coatings with exceptional accuracy to any area that requires protection.
