Apollo endeavoured to optimise the process, creating a water-efficient and streamlined cleaning system. This system integrates Apollo Hot Tank technology and specialised chemical solutions available from Apollo Engineering.

Trial Solution

In response to the challenges, Apollo Engineering proposed a trial of our small AT800 hot tank equipped with our centrifugal filtration system and recommended Apollo EziWash chemical.

Our innovative approach aimed to:

  • Reduce the frequency of tank dumping 
  • Reduce chemical consumption
  • Reduce water consumption 
  • Enhance overall efficiency in the cleaning process

 

Trial Result

During the trial, our small AT800 hot tank with centrifugal filtration and EziWash demonstrated remarkable results.

  • Significant reduction in the frequency of tank restarting, over 3 weeks without restarting for exceptional savings in disposal costs?
  • Considerable increase in cleaning performance which improved efficiency on site
  • Substantial reduction in water & chemical usage

  • The larger capacity platform, tripling the filter capacity per batch. This strategic upgrade resulted in a significant threefold increase in cleaning performance per hour, showcasing the effectiveness of the Apollo Hot Tank in optimising operational efficiency.
  • Apollo’s EziWash chemical and advanced filtration system were instrumental in expanding platform capacity by effectively managing elevated contamination levels per batch. Notably, a larger platform alone would not have achieved comparable results.
