Bestech Australia -
Bestech Australia presents the TH – 2M/5M universal isolate transducer from Asahi Keiki, Japan. This is a transducer housed in a thin case which converts DC input voltages and currents into the required voltage or current output.
In the case of the TH-5M, various input ranges of between 0 to 5V and 0 to 20mA are permissible, while numerous output ranges exist, making the universal isolate transducer applicable in many different circuits. Input/output range changes are done by dip switches on the side of the transducer, meaning that process is simple and easy.
The input, output and power ports are all isolated from each other to avoid accidents and confusion. Also, the case can easily be mounted on a DIN rail for applications that require this.
The TH-5M operates on a 24V DC power supply, while the TH-2M is for a 100 to 240V AC supply. Weighing in at only 80g, the TH-2M/5M universal isolate transducer has a base accuracy of ±0.1% of full scale, and load resistance variation of ±0.06%.
Response time, from 0-90%, is less than 50ms for AC power, and with DC power the response time is even faster at less than 10ms. The transducer operates at an ambient temperature of -5 to 50°C and is fitted in a thin, black PC 94V-2 case.
This thin type universal isolate transducer is available in Australia and New Zealand from Bestech Australia Pty Ltd.
