Bestech Australia presents the XFTC300 series of miniature load cells, from FGP Sensors and Instrumentation. This miniature load cell series has been specifically developed to measure tension and/or compression in static and dynamic applications.The light weight and miniature size facilitate testing where these conditions are necessary.
The sensing element is fitted with a fully temperature compensated Wheatstone bridge equipped with high stability micro-machined silicon strain gauges. This optimises the load cell’s performance at low ranges and frequencies.
The measuring ranges ascend from 0-2N to 0-2000N, with an over-range of 2 to 4 times full scale without damage. Accuracy lies at below ±0.5% FS linearity and below ±0.5% FS hysteresis. The load cell can operate in temperatures of -40 to 120°C. Full scale outputs can be 100mV, ±2V or ±5V, depending on the specific model.
The body is made from stainless steel or aluminium alloy (AU4G) depending on the measuring range. With two male threads, the XFTC300 miniature load cell is easily installed in industrial or OEM applications.
