The F1 truck pump range has been in production for many years under the Volvo and VOAC names. Manufacture continues in Sweden at the former Volvo Hydraulics plant, under the Parker Mobile Products banner.
The new F1- plus pump offers all the features of the F1, within a smaller envelope, and with higher speed and pressure capability.
The VP1 is a load-sensing piston pump of exceptionally compact design. Its very narrow housing allows it to fit in areas not normally accessible to variable displacement pumps, such as the space between the side of a gearbox and the truck chassis.
The F1- plus pump range features:
- 45º axis angle for reduced envelope size and greater efficiency
- Spherical piston design allows high operating speeds
- Laminated piston ring minmises leakage
- Timing gear gives pisitive synchronisation of cylinder barrel
- Displacments from 24 cc to 98 cc in 6 steps
- Continuous pressure rating 350 bar
- Peak pressure rating 400 bar
- DIN5462 standard spline and 4-bolt mount
The F2 pump is a unique construction giving two entirely independent outputs from a single housing.
- Dual piston sets allow operation of two separate work functions with
no pressure or flow interaction
- Spherical piston design allows very high motor speeds
- Laminated piston ring minmises leakage
- Timing gear gives pisitive synchronisation of cylinder barrel
- Displacements 53/53 cc or 70/35 cc
- Pressure rating 350 bar
- DIN5462 standard spline and 4-bolt mount
The VP1 pump is a variable-displacement load-sensing piston pump.
- 20º swashplate angle for reduced envelope size and greater efficiency - Very compact envelope simplifies mounting in confined spaces
- Lightweight, sturdy design gives excellent power-to-weight ratio
- 45 cc and 75 cc displacement options
- Pressure rating 350 bar
- DIN5462 standard spline and 4-bolt mount
- Through-shaft coupling for tandem pump mounting
