Randall Hydraulics - Rotary Power metering pumps have been supplied to the Urethane Foam industry since 1975.

Ongoing product development has resulted in the "C"-Range pumps which are suitable for use with all types of polyol blends and all types of isocyanates.

Features of Chemical Metering Pumps For The Urethane Foam Industry - Rotary Power C-Range:

  • To maintain a low temperature throughout, the inlet port is located such that fresh cool fluid passes over all the internal components before being discharged
  • 20 bar shaft seal allows higher internal pressure
  • Pressure balanced control ensures high metering accuracy, irrespective of the internal pressure
  • Leakage indicator systems and twin shaft seals are standard equipment to provide maximum operator protection
  • No leakage hose required; the pumps are drained internally

  • Fixed displacement
  • Variable displacement - fine handwheel adjustment
  • Variable displacement - fine adjustment with dial indicator handwheel
  • Variable displacement - fine adjustment, spindle only
