SBC Fillers now supported by LWA Engineering in Australia & New Zealand

23/10/2008 - HBM Packaging Technologies have appointed LWA Engineering as their contract service provider for the SBC range of filling machinery.

SBC Beverage filling machines are widely used in the wine industry throughout Australia and NZ with a local installed base of 30+ machines.

LWA Engineering's Managing Director, Larry Watson, with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industry, leads a team of more than 45 highly skilled engineers. LWA are an Adelaide based company with considerable experience in Mechanical Fabrication and Installations, particularly in the Wine, Beverages and Food industries.

LWA Engineering recently sent two of their engineers to SBC's Italian factory for training on the SBC range of equipment.

LWA technicians will be available 24/7 days a week for all maintenance and service issues for the SBC range of filling machinery and will also assist in installation of new SBC equipment. Spare parts will continue to be supplied via HBM's head office in Sydney.

LWA are currently involved with HBM in the installation of a high speed processing and hot fill line for Isotonic drinks, cold teas and juices for a major beverage company in Perth WA.

SBC Bottling and Canning S.p.a. of Italy is a global supplier of Beverage and Food filling machinery for glass, PET, containers and cans.
